Ryan Leffel
Ryan is the VP, Head of Design at Priceline where he oversees design and research for web, marketing, mWeb and app.
Ryan is a user experience and product leader with expertise crafting user-centric design strategies, building teams, and evolving design processes. He works to drive product and business growth through digital transformation, innovation, and elevating the user experience, while helping brands to maximize customer success.
Ryan's inherent passion for finding elegant solutions to complex organizational and design challenges led him to earn a Masterβs degree in Interactive Design from the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. After NYU, Ryan took on lead user experience roles at companies including R/GA, Yahoo!, Corra, Pearson and Priceline. He has been a featured speaker internationally on topics including design, ecommerce and multi-channel strategy, personalization, and managing teams through change.
Prayag Narula
Prayag Narula is an entrepreneur and trained researcher who is dedicated to building the technology he always wished he had when conducting user research.
He is the co-founder and CEO of HeyMarvin, a qualitative user research platform that elevates the voice of your customers so you design exactly what they need.
Previously, Prayag cofounded and led LeadGenius, a venture-backed company that helps B2B sales and marketing teams save time and deliver on their revenue goals.
Prayag studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of several research papers on Human Centered Design.
