Kate Pazoles is a research leader at Twilio, where she partners with product, design and engineering leaders to develop strategic research initiatives.
Drawing on techniques from market research, human-centered design, design thinking and UX, Kate synthesizes data into actionable insights.
With over 10 years of experience managing and executing quantitative and qualitative research, she has deep knowledge of how to ask the right questions, of the right people, to get strategic insights that drive meaningful, measurable change.
Prayag Narula
Prayag Narula is the co-founder and CEO of HeyMarvin, the first AI-powered research repository and qualitative data analysis platform. Marvin was designed to elevates the voice of your customers so you build exactly what they need.
Previously, Prayag cofounded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.
He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of of over a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
