Scaling Research Without Losing Its Soul
As organizations grow, the challenge isn’t just running more research. It’s keeping that research strategic, trusted, and human.
In this fireside chat, Daniel Gottlieb (Head of Research Operations, Microsoft's CoreAI) and Prayag Narula (CEO, Marvin) dive into what it takes to scale research across large organizations. You’ll hear how Daniel’s team equips 1,000+ PMs and designers to build products grounded in customer insight without burning out the research team or losing depth.
You’ll learn how research leaders are:
💡 Teaching teams to collect and apply insights responsibly
💡 Balancing democratization with quality and rigor
💡 Connecting research to business outcomes to show strategic impact
💡 Building systems and ops that make researchers force multipliers
💡 Preserving the human side of research in an increasingly AI-driven world
If you’ve ever wondered how to empower your teams without compromising the craft, this session is for you.
Can't join us live? Register anyways and we'll send you the recording after the session.
