Oren previously worked in various industries, researching and understanding complex groups of people. This led him down the path of building technology to connect everyone in an  organization with their users and make insights-driven decisions. 

Oren studied at Vanderbilt University with a focus on human and organizational development.

Previously, Prayag cofounded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.

He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of of over a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
