Tira Schwartz has 20 years of experience in UX Research leadership at companies such as Stripe, Redfin, and Microsoft.
Tira has managed teams of over 30 UX Researchers, grown teams from 5 to 30, and been the first researcher to join a company.
Regardless of the size and trajectory of the research organization, each role has involved building a culture of research to increase insights and in turn, increase the quality and strategies of products and services. This involves building systematic practices, developing strategic partnerships, triangulating data, and telling a good story.

Previously, Prayag co-founded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.
He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of more than a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
