Hogan
Andrew Hogan is the Head of Insights at Figma, where he leads research initiatives that help teams build better, more human-centered products.
Before joining Figma, Andrew was a Senior Analyst at Forrester, advising Fortune 500 companies on customer experience strategy and design. He has worked across UX research, product strategy, and consulting, with a focus on translating customer needs into actionable business insights.
Andrew holds a degree from Harvard University and is a frequent speaker on the future of design and collaboration.

Julia Kirkpatrick
Julia Kirkpatrick Hudson is the Research Director at Figma, where she leads research across new product development, go-to-market strategy, and company-wide initiatives. She has over 15 years of experience in UX and market research, previously holding senior roles at Pinterest, HotelTonight, ModCloth, and SAY Media.
Julia is passionate about using customer insights to shape strategy, foster innovation, and create products that truly resonate with users.

Narula
Prayag Narula is the co-founder and CEO of HeyMarvin, the first AI-powered research repository and qualitative data analysis platform. Marvin was designed to elevate the voice of your customers so you build exactly what they need.
Previously, Prayag co-founded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.
He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of more than a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
