Jared Erondu
Jared Erondu is a design executive with deep experience leading teams at the intersection of product, brand, research, and operations. As SVP of Design at Lattice, he supports a multi-disciplinary org focused on building better ways for companies to manage and empower their people.
A founder, advisor, and investor, Jared is passionate about scaling design in B2B, building inclusive cultures, and elevating creative leadership. His work extends beyond the org chart—he’s the creator of High Resolution, a widely streamed design leadership series, and Playbook, a growing community of designers who believe in sharing what works.
Prayag Narula
Prayag Narula is the co-founder and CEO of HeyMarvin, the first AI-powered research repository and qualitative data analysis platform. Marvin was designed to elevate the voice of your customers so you build exactly what they need.
Previously, Prayag co-founded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.
He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of more than a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
