Jose Coronado is a recognized Design & Operations executive. His experience spans financial services, management consulting, and enterprise technology, leading global teams. As a Strategic Advisor, Jose works with Chief Design Officers and Global Heads of Design, helping them solve critical problems in their organizations.

Previously, Jose built the Strategic Planning & Operations practice at Target and was Executive Director of Design Operations at JPMorgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank.

Jose has held leadership and consulting roles with McKinsey, Accenture, Bain Capital, JPMorgan, Target, ADP, Oracle, and AT&T. He frequently speaks internationally on leadership, operations, business impact, and design at scale.

Previously, Prayag co-founded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.

He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of more than a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
