K.C. Teis
K.C. Teis is the Executive Director of Experience Design at athenahealth and a 25-year veteran of the design industry. Prior to Athena Health, he helped build Rackspace’s experience design organization and co-founded the Enterprise UX Conference to support and grow the enterprise design community.
Previously, K.C. spent nearly a decade at PayPal, where his teams led the redesign of flagship experiences including PayPal Checkout, Login with PayPal, and early smartphone payments.
K.C. is passionate about creating meaningful, well-crafted experiences and believes the best work happens when teams balance rigor, creativity, and a sense of fun.

Prayag Narula
Prayag Narula is the co-founder and CEO of HeyMarvin, the first AI-powered research repository and qualitative data analysis platform. Marvin was designed to elevate the voice of your customers so you build exactly what they need.
Previously, Prayag co-founded and led LeadGenius. Prayag was a researcher at University of Helsinki in Finland.
He studied at the UC Berkeley School of Information, and he is the published author of more than a dozen research papers in the field of HCI, User Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, and Computer Networks.
