Ben Little is the Director of Design Innovation at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and VP of Design Strategy at Fidelity Investments. In recent years he served as the head of strategy for the Siemens digital healthcare incubator in Silicon Valley and the head of strategy at Sutherland Labs.
He's all about making sense of the complexities of people, tech, and organizations to make a real impact. He combines lessons from business, anthropology, data science, and the arts pulling from a BA at the College of William & Mary and an MBA at Oxford University.
Outside of work, his daughter would describe him as an occasionally fun dad, mediocre runner, and nerdy professor with obsessive tendencies around coffee, jazz records, and books about innovation.
