The Future of UX Research
How to Set Researchers Up for Long-Term Success
Is the current approach to UX research broken? Maybe!
But it's not too late to fix it.
Industry leader & educator Janelle Estes knows UX researchers bring so much more to an organization than simply conducting research.
As the former Chief Insights Officer at UserTesting, she worked with hundreds of research teams that struggled to communicate their unique impact on the business.
Now, Janelle wants to help you (and the whole UX industry) re-evaluate your skill set, adapt to changing expectations and position yourself as a strategic business partner.
She'll answer questions like...
💡 What are the soft skills we should teach new researchers?
💡 How can we navigate conversations about research with internal stakeholders who have competing priorities?
💡 How do we break down organizational silos and make sense of all the customer data we're collecting at a macro level?
💡 What are some practical changes we can make immediately?
